Welcome to ZenRepair. Several people in our company own ZEN's and love them. We got frustrated when one broke and we discovered it cost us more to fix them than it did to buy them in the first place! We figured there had to be others like us out there and... here we are!

 

ZenRepair is a low cost solution for getting your broken Creative Labs Zen device working again. We are able to fix problems with Creative Audio and Video products. You can trust us to fix your Creative media device quickly and professionally. We've even found ways to prevent some of the common problems, such as with the headphone jacks, from happening again. We provide personalized service and will return your emails and phone calls.

 

We will evaluate your MP3 player free of charge. You are responsible only for the shipping costs. Click here for a complete list of devices we can repair, and shipping costs.

 

It's easy to do. Just fill out the Repair Request Form or Repair Request Form (Fillable Adobe version 7 or later). Make sure to send your ZEN to us in a package that protects your ZEN such as bubble-lined envelope or a box with packing foam. Make sure you include packaging for the return shipment of your ZEN. We ship items back either via UPS (Continental US or Canada) or USPS (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands).
